Mileage

An allowance of 200 miles per day is provided.

Insurance
Insurance for one named driver of the motorhome is included in the price. However, a surcharge may apply for those with  penalty points, certain medical conditions, etc. When making your booking it is essential that all facts regarding your circumstances are divulged.  Failure to do so may result in your policy being invalid.  For all named drivers the minimum age is 25 and the maximum age is 70. Any other driver will invalidate the insurance, you would then be in breach of the conditions of hire.  Insurance is for the UK only. All drivers have to provide valid driving licences prior to hand over of the motorhome.

Fines
The hirer is fully responsible for any parking or traffic fines or penalties.

Collision Damage Bond
To cover our insurance excess in the event of an accident or damage incurred, we require a deposit of £500 before you drive the Motorhome, this can be paid by credit/debit card.  It will be refunded when the vehicle is returned in the same condition in which you picked it up.  The refund will be effected within 7 days of the motorhome being returned.  Any minor damage or breakages will be charged at cost price.  Waste water not emptied will incur a £40 charge.  The same charge will apply to the toilet cassette not being emptied.  The hirer is responsible for damage to tyres.  The hirer will also be responsible for damage to windows and windscreen, i.e. chips and cracks.  We recommend that the hirer takes out a hire holiday insurance.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation we will be unable to refund the initial deposit.  

No Pets or Smoking
We do not allow animals or smoking in order to maintain the high standard of cleanliness in our motorhome.

Pick up and Delivery
The Motorhome is available from 2.00pm on the first day of hire and must be returned by 11.00am on the last day unless otherwise agreed in advance. We ask that the toilet cassette is emptied and the diesel is topped back up to the starting level. We reserve the right to withhold from the deposit a sufficient sum to cover any repairs or extra cleaning that may be required to return the Motorhome to its original state. Other photographic ID necessary, preferably passport and utility bill at point of pick up.

Payment
At the time of booking a deposit of £200 per hire is required to reserve the Motorhome. The full balance of the hire value plus the £1000 Collision Damage Bond is then required 28 days prior to pick up. If the booking is made within 28 days of the pick up then full payment is required at the time of booking.  Payment can be made by using any of the major credit/debit cards, see our Price page.

Privacy policy

At no time will any personal information be passed onto any third parties except for the purpose of obtaining insurance for the Motorhome Hire period.

Accidents

In the event of an accident involving a third party, do not admit to any liability.  Do remain calm and follow the instructions given.
